A Direct Gas Fired Hybrid Oven is an advanced industrial baking oven designed for consistent, high-quality baking with maximum energy efficiency. It combines direct gas-fired burners with additional heating zones (hybrid system) such as convection, radiation, or cyclotherm depending on requirement, ensuring precise control of baking conditions for a wide range of products like biscuits, cookies, crackers, bread, and other baked goods.
